Counsel privately and publicly held companies on transactions, deal structure and corporate governance and restructuring, including: (i) contract negotiations/drafting/review; (ii) M&A and due diligence; (iii) intellectual property protection; (iv) outside in-house counsel for several startup companies in Taiwan, US, UK and Japan; and (v) GDPR compliance.

Intellectual Property

Counsel privately and publicly held companies on patent portfolio management and monetization, including: (i) patent landscape; (ii) assertion and litigation consulting for cases before the US District Courts, PTAB and ITC; and (iii) trademark infringement litigations.
